We are very excited about our alpacas and we are excited to share them with you too! Sometimes we have the opportunity to let people know more about these great animals....

We are excited to announce that Victoria will be the spokesperson for the Alpacas of MN & National Farm Tour segment on "Showcase Minnesota" in September.

The Winter 2008 Alpacas Magazine has a photo of some of Rose Crest's Alpacas on Page 79. The photo was taken by David Perez during a Photographer's Club tour to our farm last summer.
Raphael's photo and a brief article about our Fall Open Houses for 2007 appeared in a September copy of the Northfield News. We estimate that about 350 people attend our 2 weekends of open houses this year, in spite of the torrential rainfall we received during our September open house weekend. Thanks to all of you for making this another great event!
We are very excited to say that the ad above was designed by our 16 yr old daughter Victoria. It will be displayed in the 2008 American Livestock Directory.
Rose Crest has enjoyed a number of tour groups in 2007 including: Mom's in Touch, New Horizons, Senior groups, and even the MN Valley Photography club! (Check out http://www.dperezphoto.com/rosecrest/index.htm for photos from one of the photographers on his visit to our farm.)
We gave alpaca presentations to two groups of Seniors in 2007.
